During the consultation stage it became evident a master plan would achieve the desired results for the owners of this large country property. Open discussions revealed ideas for a garden that would grow with the family and evolve over time.

Areas of open space and surrounding gardens were designed for shade, recreation, play and enhancement of extended views to the west.

Tookoo designed a lawn area, watered by a grey water system to assist with the sustainability of the site and plant selection focused on creating a water efficient garden.
